Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred
  • Native English - a MUST
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to structure hypotheses, build thoughtful analyses, and develop POCs. Experience in management consulting is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, strategy or business intelligence
  • Strong commercial mindset that biases towards revenue-generating projects and thoughtful funnel conversion. Experience working at the intersection of marketing and sales is preferred
  • Experience working within a SAAS B2B company
  • Strong experience with business intelligence solutions and analysis software such as Tableau or Power BI, Google Spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interpreting data, deriving meaningful insights and presenting data analytics and insights to senior leadership
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across various functions and regions, building strong relationships
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and in an iterative environment, adapting style to changing situations and audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to completion within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards tackling new challenges

Responsibilities

  • Works with Marketing Leadership to own overall and team strategies, ensure alignment, visibility, and track progress
  • Serve as an internal data owner - tracking and reporting on the OKR process and partnering with marketing operations on reporting capabilities
  • Manage strategic projects, develop hypotheses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and validate new marketing opportunities
  • Facilitates internal alignment and manages tools. Conducts research on the current performance of our content across different verticals, utilizing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Heap, and Salesforce
  • Analyze audience overlap among different content types (e.g., blog posts, anchor content, white papers, case studies) to assess the potential reach to new prospects, content effectiveness within the pipeline and nurturing process, audience engagement by verticals, and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage a broad portfolio of projects, prioritizing based on business impact and resource availability
  • Maintain a high level of engagement with stakeholders across the marketing organization to align project goals with business objectives and ensure seamless execution
