Responsibilities

• Evaluate, implement, maintain, ensure adoption of the marketing tech stack
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, GTM Operations, Data Engineering, and Engineering
• Manage vendor relationships
• Establish and maintain guidelines, documentation, and governance for marketing technology processes and workflows
• Provide interactive training and support to internal stakeholders
• Monitor, test and resolve sync issues across the Marketing tech stack
• Oversee data hygiene, quality, and integrity within the HubSpot platform
• Work closely with developers, GTM system, and operations teams to implement, enhance, or remove technology
• Ensure that all marketing tech stack is capturing data in adherence to relevant data privacy regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing, administering, and optimizing marketing technology stack
• Experience with change management and organizational transformation
