Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design for digital platforms, with a focus on UI/UX for websites and landing pages
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks and content management systems (e.g., Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress)
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and landing page design, showcasing an understanding of responsive design, typography, layout, and color theory
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices for UX design, accessibility, and web performance optimization
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics for effective communication with developers (coding not required)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively across teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for websites and landing pages from concept through final execution, ensuring all designs are aligned with brand standards and optimized for the target audience
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and product managers to define design goals, requirements, and innovative solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design intent and user flow
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to iterate on designs, enhancing usability and conversion optimization
• Develop and implement consistent UI elements and branding guidelines to establish a cohesive look across digital platforms
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and tools to incorporate new techniques into design projects and maintain a competitive edge
• Mentor junior designers and provide design direction to ensure cohesive project execution

Preferred Qualifications
