Summary

Join Blend, a leading AI services provider, as a MarTech Business Systems Analyst to contribute to our growth. You will be part of a cross-functional team supporting the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology platforms. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting data discovery and mapping, analyzing data quality, evaluating MarTech/CDP tools, producing documentation, supporting testing, collaborating with teams, driving change management, and creating reporting. The position requires experience in MarTech or AdTech, working with CDPs, strong knowledge of identity resolution, and excellent communication skills. Remote work is available for those outside Uruguay or BogotΓ‘; otherwise, you can work from our local offices. Requirements

  • Background in MarTech or AdTech
  • Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or related technologies
  • Strong knowledge of identity resolution concepts
  • Proven experience in business analysis and working with both business and technical teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Studies or experience in Marketing Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • 2–4 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, ideally within the MarTech/AdTech space

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Support data discovery and data mapping efforts
  • Analyze and improve data quality and governance practices
  • Evaluate tools and platforms within the MarTech/CDP ecosystem
  • Produce clear, non-technical documentation
  • Support testing and validation processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Drive change management and conduct user training
  • Create reporting and feedback loops for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance as it relates to marketing data
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise MarTech stacks
