Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project scheduling or logistics, ideally within the construction or data center industry

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain master schedules for raw material delivery for multiple data center projects
  • Analyze project specifications and identify material requirements, proactively forecasting needs and securing timely procurement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and availability of materials on-site
  • Track material deliveries and manage any discrepancies or delays, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as required to prevent bottlenecks and maintain project timelines
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and communication of schedule updates
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors
  • Participate in regular project meetings and provide accurate status reports on material management
