You will be solely responsible for creating clinician schedules in Athena, monitoring schedules, managing patient waitlists, rescheduling patients, adjusting clinician schedules, and cross-covering Care Coordinator responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of experience as a Clinical Scheduler, preferably using AthenaHealth, and proficiency in scheduling across multiple time zones. A positive attitude and strong attention to detail are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years as a Clinical Scheduler building clinician schedules (preferably in AthenaHealth)
• Minimum of 1 year experience working for a digital healthcare company (preferred) or a fast-paced, high-volume dynamic healthcare system
• Proficiency in scheduling across multiple time zones
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Sole responsibility for creating every Midi clinician's schedule in Athena
• Daily monitoring of clinician schedules
• Management of patient waiting list to backfill patients as times become available
• Rescheduling of patients as needed
• Adjustment of clinician schedules as needed
• Cross-coverage of Care Coordinator Team responsibilities as assigned
