MDM Consultant

Summary

Join MSRcosmos, a rapidly expanding global IT services company, as an IBM Infosphere MDM Consultant in Burlington, NC (remote). This contract role demands 15+ years of IT experience, with a strong focus on data management and 10+ years building MDM applications using IBM Infosphere MDM. You will design and develop MDM customizations, collaborate on technical designs, and tune matching engines. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in data profiling, algorithms, J2EE, SOA, and cloud technologies. Experience with healthcare data, various standards (HIPAA, HITRUST), and large-scale data integration projects is highly valued. Strong analytical, architectural, and documentation skills are essential.

Requirements

• Possess 15 years of experience in IT with depth in Data Management
• Have 10+ years of experience building MDM applications using IBM Infosphere MDM Standard/Advanced Edition
• Have experience in multiple areas of MDM implementations such as interfacing with ESB's, batch processing, MQ based publish-subscribe model
• Have experience with data profiling, probabilistic and PME Algorithm
• Possess hands on experience with J2EE , SOA based services
• Be a Data Architect with MDM experience
• Have working experience in Master Data Management and MDM tools
• Possess strong Data Analytical skills, Data Architecture (Modeling) skills
• Have experience with one or more enterprise level data modeling tools
• Have experience in large scale data integration projects involving multiple data sources and loading them in multitenant architecture
• Have a good understanding of healthcare data and data flows
• Understand Payor and Pop health, knowledge of various standards like HIPPA and HITRUST, Data Masking strategies
• Possess strong database development experience
• Have experience of working with multiple teams working across different time zones
• Possess strong Documentation and Presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Design and Develop customizations for the currently implemented MDM Product
• Work with team members to develop technical designs to meet business requirements
• Perform Matching Engine tuning and development practices
• Understand current systems and propose new architecture by identifying gaps & flaws
• Design and develop experience on multi-domain MDM solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Be familiar with the TIBCO MDM solution
• Have experience on IBM/Amazon cloud, Openshift ,Docker, Kubernetes
