Summary

Hanwha Q Cells USA Corp develops, invests, and delivers solar PV and battery energy storage systems through EPC services in North America. The Mechanical Superintendent oversees field operations, safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, commissioning, and coordination with other superintendents and project leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience supporting the constructions of major projects, preferably in the building of power stations or supply networks, or other utility-scale construction projects
• Experience installing a wide range of different manufacturer single-axis trackers
• Willingness to travel and relocate from project to project

Responsibilities

• Directs solar/construction personnel and installation subcontractors to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications
• Coordination of personnel, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules
• Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; recommend/implement appropriate course of action

Benefits

$105,000 - $125,000 a year (for candidates working in Irvine, CA)
