Media Buyer

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote Media Buyer based in Latin America! You will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to scale desktop software installs. This role requires 3+ years of experience in digital media buying, proven success with large budgets, and expert-level Google Ads knowledge. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential. The salary ranges from $1000-$1500 USD per month, and the position is for an independent contractor with remote work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying
• Proven success in managing large budgets and high-volume campaigns
• Excellent financial skills and basic familiarity with Excel
• Strong experience with analyzing data and trends, including conversion rates, click-through rates, and other common KPIs
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Display and Search)
• Strong Communication (written & oral)
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Successful work history of meeting deadlines and commitments
• Capable of adjusting to quickly shifting priorities
• Look for ways to achieve goals utilizing available resources
• Solid understanding of how online display and search advertising works
• Willingness to go above and beyond specific requirements and desire to exceed expectations

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic to proprietary Desktop products
• Conduct competitor analysis and leverage market insights to improve performance
• Analyze KPIs like CTR, conversion rates, and CPA to optimize campaigns for ROI
• Implement A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages, to drive higher engagement and performance
• Independently identify and present new campaigns, share ideas, and collaborate with stakeholders to expand advertising initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• YouTube and other networks are a plus
• Basic SQL and/or Google Analytics knowledge is a plus
• Basic HTML or programming knowledge is a plus

Benefits

• Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform
