Summary

Join VGL Group, a multinational electronic retailer, as a Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). This role requires developing, executing, and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to achieve business goals. You will conduct audience research, create and test ad creatives, analyze performance, optimize ad spend, and implement retargeting campaigns. Data analysis and reporting are crucial aspects of this position. The ideal candidate possesses 4-5 years of experience in paid advertising, proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely or in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in paid advertising, especially Meta Ads
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimisation
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of ad copywriting and design best practices
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to achieve business goals (leads, conversions, sales)
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics and interests
  • Create and test various ad creatives, headlines, and messaging to optimize performance
  • Analyse ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results
  • Optimise ad spend, bid strategies, and budget allocation for maximum ROI
  • A/B test different ad variations (copy, images, videos, CTA, etc.)
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to maximize conversions and customer lifetime value
  • Utilise first-party data, CRM insights, and pixel data to enhance targeting strategies
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, key learnings, and growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with third-party tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or ClickFunnels (preferred)
  • Portfolio of case studies showcasing your projects and ads performance
