Summary
Join our team as a Media Buyer and manage large-scale advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, driving impactful results for our clients. You will oversee Facebook, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns, develop effective targeting strategies, and optimize performance using data-driven decisions. This role requires proven experience in Facebook Ads management, audience targeting, creative development, and budget optimization, with a focus on e-commerce and performance-driven marketing. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, delivering actionable insights and reports. The position is remote, part-time (with potential for full-time), and based in the US time zone.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale Facebook ad campaigns with measurable results
- Strong proficiency in campaign objectives (ABO, CBO, ASC, etc.) and bidding strategies (cost cap, bid cap, TRoas, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in multi-channel advertising, including Facebook, TikTok, Google, Snap, and more
- Strong knowledge of PPC, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization
- Track record of managing significant ad budgets and delivering positive ROI
- Strong knowledge of CAPI, pixels, custom conversion events
- Proficient in creative design and ad copywriting to drive engagement and conversions
- Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization
- Experience with e-commerce and scaling businesses via digital advertising
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead teams effectively
- Strong communication skills with clients and cross-functional teams
- Experience with marketing automation tools and strategies
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Facebook, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns, consistently delivering impactful results. Past experience achieving significant increases in conversions is a must
- Develop and implement effective targeting strategies for niche audiences. Demonstrate your success with improved ad engagement and reduced cost per acquisition (CPA) based on data-driven decisions
- Use analytics to continuously optimize ad performance and deliver a strong ROI. Your proven track record of increasing ROI should showcase your expertise in campaign optimization
- Manage cross-platform advertising campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.) to amplify reach and increase sales. Experience in scaling campaigns and doubling reach across multiple platforms is essential
- Write compelling ad copy and ensure that messaging resonates with target audiences. Experience in boosting click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates is highly desirable
- Collaborate on the creation of visually appealing ad creatives that elevate brand awareness and improve engagement metrics
- Implement and manage automation strategies (e.g., chatbot automation) to reduce response times and enhance lead generation and capture processes
- Specialize in driving sales for e-commerce brands, leveraging Facebook and other platforms to significantly increase revenue and customer acquisition
- Deliver actionable insights and comprehensive reports to clients, guiding decision-making and optimizing campaign performance
- Manage and optimize large-scale budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring campaigns meet client objectives within financial constraints
- Execute CRO strategies to improve website conversion rates and enhance overall campaign effectiveness
- Foster strong relationships with clients through clear communication, reporting, and campaign updates. Demonstrate your ability to drive long-term partnerships
- Lead cross-functional teams in campaign execution, ensuring successful collaboration across various departments
Preferred Qualifications
Industry certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus
