Join our growing team as a remote Media Buyer, focusing on Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Pinterest, and YouTube campaigns for global arts events. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with a rotating weekend shift pattern, demanding strong organizational and analytical skills. You will manage ad campaigns, monitor ROAS, experiment with new platforms, and assist with weekend show cancellation notifications. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding critical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset, along with experience in social media and media trends. A background in advertising or marketing is preferred, and fluency in English is required. This position is 100% remote and offers a supportive work culture.

Responsibilities
- Media buying
- Ensure that advertisements reach target audiences at the lowest possible prices
- Ensure that advertisements are appropriately displayed and creative
- Monitor Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) and control costs/risks on a daily basis
- Be creative -- experimenting with new platforms and channels, looking for new ways to reduce our cost per sale
- Maintain and adjust scheduling on an as-needed basis
- Analyze and optimize plans and performance
- Assist in identifying target audiences and feeding back analytics to the rest of the team
- Weekend show cancellations
- Assist ticketing team with show cancellations or postponements
- Take tickets off sale in the event of cancellations or postponements
- Using MailChimp/SMS and Firetext to notify customers if shows have to be canceled or postponed
Preferred Qualifications
BSc/BA in Advertising, Marketing, or similar field
