As a remote worker, you'll review disability claims, conduct medical assessments, and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements

• Licensed physician
• Specialty in fields such as Cardiology, General Medicine, etc., or in audiology and speech/language pathology
• Availability to perform services for at least 15 hours per week
• Proficient in English
• Capable of providing comprehensive medical documentation
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in email, document creation, and secure internet use

Responsibilities

• Independently review disability claims
• Complete documentation of impairment severity and limitations
• Conduct medical assessments and reviews
• Ensure compliance with all relevant disability policies and procedures
• Complete independent case reviews within set timelines
• Maintain professional communication with the staff and ensure prompt response to inquiries
• Participate in mandatory orientations and training programs
