Requirements
- A background of 5+ years in nursing or a related medical field, with significant experience in analyzing and summarizing medical records for personal injury cases
- Strong skills in drafting detailed medical summaries, chronologies, and related documents
- An understanding of how medical evidence supports personal injury claims
- An unwavering attention to detail in analyzing and presenting medical data and information
- An understanding of how medical information is utilized in personal injury law across various states, including how medical evidence relates to the cognizable damages (and limitations) for such actions
- Registered Nurse (RN) or similar
Responsibilities
- Review our AI-generated Medical Chronologies to ensure the highest levels of quality, accuracy, and clarity for our customers
- You will have access to all of the underlying medical documentation and will be expected to leverage your domain expertise to add any pertinent information that may have been excluded and/or remove any information that was included unnecessarily in the initial drafts
- Work with the management team to identify areas of improvement from both a system output and process perspective
- Keep updated with the latest trends in litigation related to medical aspects of personal injury cases, including changes in medical standards, procedures, and relevant common law precedents
- Educate and mentor team members on the evolving interplay between law and medicine, especially as it impacts the product output (as needed)
