Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree required
  • 5+ years proven track record of exceeding sales goals in the enterprise or medical sales space
  • Prospecting, cold calling and contract negotiation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think and work independently, effectively and efficiently
  • Creative thinker who can generate novel ways to access contacts and generate leads when traditional strategies arenโ€™t working
  • High proficiency with Salesforce, data visualization and tracking of individual (and team) progress towards goals
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with local specialty medical providers to grow the Sollis membership through referrals
  • Establish and lead regional B2B sales business, overseeing new business from lead generation through closing
  • Establish medical specialist partners for our members to be referred out to
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies and promotions, catered to the local market
  • Work with marketing team to create events, press, publicity and any necessary materials to close new sales
  • Build and establish marketing partnerships with value-add brands in the health, wellness and luxury space
  • Ensure that sales team continues to act as an advocate for patients in receiving excellent care and delivering on our brand promise
  • Must travel to meet with Medical Partners frequently
  • Perform related duties as requested

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong physician relationships in the Southern Florida (Boca and Palm Beach) market is preferred
  • Strong background in planning and executing effective sales strategies in a regional market
  • Experience managing sales team a plus
