  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in sales is required
  • Must pass the licensing exam prior to starting the position

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the intricacies of Medicare healthcare plans to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions
  • Participate in training programs to develop sales skills and product knowledge
  • Shadow experienced agents to gain practical insights into the sales process and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with mentors and team members to enhance your sales techniques and customer service skills
  • Strive to meet and exceed training milestones and performance goals
