Medication Management LPN

Summary

Join Northwestern Medicine as a Medication Management LPN and provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients with clinical questions via telephone triage. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed Practical Nurse (Illinois)
• 3-5 years clinical experience (inpatient or ambulatory)
• Ability to work from home independently

• Provide exceptional customer service to consumers which establishes a positive first impression of Northwestern Medicine
• Exceed all consumer requests and alert management of issues or concerns that require escalation
• Maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, management, staff and other customers
• Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think independently and analytically and provide education to the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior telephone triage experience
• Prior contact center experience
• Experience using EPIC EMR
• Currently enrolled in higher education
