Summary

This role is designed for individuals with a strong background in customer service, technical troubleshooting, IT Support, and a passion for helping others. The Member Services Executive will assist members in enrolling in the various programs, navigating online systems, and troubleshooting technical issues, while also coordinating with clinical staff to ensure seamless care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role, ideally within a call center environment and/or healthcare industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • High comfort level with technology, particularly Google tools, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
  • Experience with Amazon Connect and Salesforce is a plus
  • IT Support Experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication abilities, and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assist members in resolving technical or system-related challenges
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • A natural ability to demonstrate empathy and a genuine desire to help others

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone and email inquiries related to account setup, system navigation, test kit status, and program information
  • Provide technical assistance with multi-factor authentication, online account setup, and general IT troubleshooting
  • Make outbound calls to assist members with program enrollment and follow-up on test kit returns
  • Complete system documentation to ensure that member records are complete and accurate
  • Document member interactions and ensure records are updated and accurate within internal systems
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure members receive appropriate clinical support based on program guidelines
  • Test new system features and enhancements, providing feedback to ensure functionality meets Care Team requirements
  • Suggest improvements to standard operating procedures and best practices based on member feedback and operational insights
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed to meet company objectives
