Summary

The job is for a Customer Experience Team Member in Ninja Van Vietnam. The role involves combining SOPs from the Customer Service and Recovery teams to create a unified SOP for the Customer Experience team, improving and maintaining existing SOPs and workflows, and suggesting improvements based on research and testing results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a contact center environment and working in a quality-focused, service-oriented setting
• Ability to plan and organize
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate internal teams and external accounts
• Ability to manage emotions effectively
• Good command of English (for communication and writing)

Responsibilities

• Combine SOPs from the Customer Service and Recovery teams to create a unified SOP for the Customer Experience team
• Improve and maintain existing SOPs and workflows
• Suggest improvements based on CSAT-DSAT research and customer experience testing results
