Summary

Join Bend Health, a revolutionary mental healthcare provider for kids and teens, as a full-time Member Support Specialist. You will provide exceptional internal and external support via various communication channels, utilizing Zendesk to resolve tickets and collaborating cross-departmentally. The role requires strong customer service skills, documentation experience, and the ability to learn new tools. A psychology degree is preferred. The salary range is $45K-$50K/year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including incentives, equity, and 401k contribution.

Responsibilities

  • Be on the ground floor of the Bend Health operations team, set the culture of the service organization, and ensure the member experience at Bend Health is a differentiator and industry leader
  • Utilizing a concierge approach, provide exceptional internal and external support, across multiple modalities, including email, form, phone, and text
  • Operate in Zendesk to resolve both internal and external tickets
  • Exercise a sense of urgency, collaborating cross-departmentally to identify, investigate, document, troubleshoot, and resolve support queries through a tiered escalation continuum
  • Help create end-to-end support documentation for a seamless support experience
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

A Psychology degree is preferred
