Summary

Join ePromos as a Merchandising Specialist and support the Corporate Merchandising Manager in client account management. This role focuses on product sourcing, assortment planning, performance analysis, and creating engaging product presentations. You will handle client communication, product sourcing requests, and assortment planning, while also analyzing data to optimize product placement and identify trends. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in creating presentations, and excellent communication skills. This fully remote position is open to US-based candidates and requires a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and e-commerce platforms
  • Sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently or as a team as required by the task or project
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple competing projects
  • Strong PC skills and MS Office skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Attend recurring client calls to understand upcoming merchandising needs
  • Take detailed notes during internal and client meetings
  • Assist in preparing client presentations and product decks
  • Handle one-off client sourcing requests, following the Sourcing Protocol
  • Create product assortments tailored to client needs
  • Price out items and develop presentation decks with branded images
  • Manage Limited Time Buy (LTB) requests, analyzing past performance to inform selections
  • Prepare monthly velocity reports and scorecards by the 10th of each month
  • Analyze report data to identify underperforming items and recommend changes
  • Complete Carbon Footprint reporting based on client needs (quarterly, yearly, etc.)
  • Conduct regular account refreshes as per agreed-upon cadence
  • Analyze Google Analytics monthly for each account and optimize product placement
  • Use various data sources to identify product trends within the company and industry
  • Present trend findings to the Merchandising Manager for potential core store addition
  • Incorporate trend insights into client product mixes during refreshes or one-off sourcing
  • Vet requests to ensure accounts can handle additional SKU counts
  • Propose potential SKUs to drop or items to put on sale when necessary
  • Support SKU consolidation initiatives by recommending Elite matches for reorder items
  • Meet weekly with S/PAM and Merchandising Manager
  • Present recommendations and reports to S/PAM
  • Assist the Program Manager with pricing and deck development for new accounts
