Summary
Join a dynamic team transforming the fitness industry with cutting-edge technology! As an In-Store Marketing & Merchandising Specialist, you will plan and execute point-of-sale marketing materials, coordinate retail store setups, and ensure consistent branding. You will also support retail partners by developing promotions, building relationships, and monitoring sales performance. Responsibilities include organizing brand activations at events, creating print media, conducting product training, and tracking campaign performance. This full-time, work-from-home position requires 2-3 years of experience in trade and physical marketing, strong retail marketing knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM (Manila Time).
Requirements
- Have at least 2-3 years of trade and physical marketing experience
- Possess strong knowledge of retail marketing and event coordination
- Have excellent communication and project management skills
- Be able to travel for field work, activations, and store visits
- Have a creative mindset with attention to brand consistency
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute point-of-sale (POS) marketing materials (banners, stands, shelf talkers, etc.)
- Coordinate setup of experience/demo tables in retail stores
- Monitor visual merchandising compliance across stores and branches
- Ensure consistent branding across all offline retail touchpoints
- Work closely with sales and distribution teams to develop promotions for partner stores
- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff
- Monitor sell-through performance of retail locations after offline marketing activities
- Conduct regular store visits and audits
- Organize and manage brand activations at sports events, expos, and community races
- Coordinate booth design, setup, and on-site staff for COROS event participation
- Plan and execute sampling or product demo activities
- Track foot traffic, leads generated, and feedback during offline events
- Create and distribute flyers, brochures, posters, catalogs, and other print media
- Liaise with designers, suppliers, and printers for production of offline materials
- Assist with outdoor advertising (e.g., banners near race routes, gyms, or parks)
- Assist in conducting in-store product training for retail staff
- Distribute product guides and feature comparison sheets
- Support field teams with offline sales kits and pitch materials
- Track performance of offline campaigns (e.g., impact on foot traffic or sales)
- Provide event recap reports and store visit reports
- Monitor POSM inventory and usage
- Collect market insights and competitor activities in the field
