Requirements
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in strategy, pricing, promotions, loyalty, consulting or merchandising related functions
- Have a proven ability to take a structured and data driven approach to solving complex business problems
- Be a self-starter who can work cross-functionally and independently with minimal supervision
- Have extremely strong written and oral communication skills, with proven experience working directly with senior leadership teams
- Be an expert in Powerpoint, Excel, and Word
- Be focused, organized, and results driven
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross functional partners from all areas of the business to drive critical strategic and operational merchandising initiatives
- Synthesize analysis into practical business strategies and communicate to senior leadership and cross functional partners
- Design and execute analyses to test hypotheses and synthesize results into practical solutions and business strategies
- Support the execution and implementation of your recommendations and drive measurable impact to the business
- Build frameworks to facilitate analysis and develop practical solutions to complex problems
- Develop strategic framework to evaluate pricing, promotions, incentives, or loyalty opportunities; perform due diligence and financial analysis to support decisions, and present final recommendations to our management team
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or related field
- Have experience with SQL, Looker, or Tableau / Power BI
- Have a strong interest and passion for retail and ecommerce industry
