Summary

Join ShopBack, a global cashback platform, and become an integral part of the Integration Operations team. Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements within the team's functions. Define, maintain, and review key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and team performance. Document and maintain operational tasks, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs). Lead market-level merchant integrations, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance. Collaborate with regional teams and build strong relationships with merchant partners and affiliate networks. Resolve merchant and customer issues, implementing preventative measures. Work with various teams to align and scale processes, and support negotiations with merchants and networks.

Requirements

  • Strong technical understanding of web integrations, tracking technologies, and affiliate marketing tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced startup environments
  • Self-starter with ownership mentality and accountability
  • Not discouraged by failure; adaptable in ambiguous and evolving environments
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and scale operations

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the relevant stakeholders to identify and drive improvements within the Integration Operations functions
  • Define, maintain, and review market-level KPIs to measure success and team performance
  • Document and maintain key operational tasks, processes, and SLAs, ensuring consistent updates and compliance
  • Lead market level merchant integrations to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with ShopBack standards
  • Coordinate with regional integration teams for merchant onboarding, setup testing, and successful go-lives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchant partners and affiliate networks, advocating for ShopBack’s technical interests
  • Conduct operational test runs and implement improvements in integration workflows
  • Resolve merchant and customer issues such as untracked orders or technical misconfigurations, proactively implementing preventative measures
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and the Center of Excellence teams to align and scale processes
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement projects that enhance tracking capabilities and operational efficiency
  • Support negotiations with merchants and networks alongside the Business Development team

Preferred Qualifications

Background in e-commerce or affiliate marketing is a plus
