Summary

Join DGR Systems as a Microsoft 365 Consultant! You will design and deliver consulting services across the M365 solution stack, supporting the sales cycle. Collaborate with various organizational functions, developing service solutions and capabilities within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Assist with presales activities and deliver consulting services within Professional Services teams. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, consultative, and passionate about continuous learning. Bring your technical expertise, solutions leadership, and business acumen to DGR Systems. This role involves client engagement, vendor partnership, technical presentations, and crafting statements of work. You will maintain a deep understanding of the IT marketplace and related technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven consultative mindset and experience with the ability to integrate complex elements and customer requirements into innovative technical architectures
  • Industry-leading experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures and adjacent technologies, architecture designs, migrations, and industry standards
  • Advanced understanding and experience with Microsoft 365 products required
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, organizational, presentation, product demonstration, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated client-focus solutions provider excelling at understanding customer needs and translating those needs to solutions
  • Serves as a role model to others for translating complex and technical information
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Provide service ownership through the understanding and evangelizing of how technology solutions can help solve business challenges and guide the development of services to meet those needs
  • Ensure the execution of service delivery for our clients to a standard of excellence expected by our clients
  • Maintain a high degree of technical and functional knowledge of many of the following: Microsoft 365 - General, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange/Exchange Online, Microsoft OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Viva – Various, Microsoft Purview
  • Engage with existing and prospective clients, partnered with our sales organization, to help identify technologies to solve client challenges and to design approaches for the deployment of those technologies to meet their needs
  • Engage with the vendor partner community to align our team and focus with their sales and technical solution development where it makes sense
  • Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, design sessions, proofs of concept, and pilots to explain, demonstrate, and prove to our customers the capabilities of Microsoft 365 products and services, and how we can make their businesses more successful
  • Craft, review, and present statements of work to our clients to outline service engagements with them
  • Cultivate a current understanding of the IT marketplace for related technologies
  • All other duties as assigned
