Requirements

  • At last 2-3+ Years of experience in being an Admin & Support / relevant experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, ideally with a focus on Office 365 or IT systems administration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, including account and license management, permissions, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with reporting tools, Excel or PowerBI to generate insights from data usage, support requests, or licensing, can help improve efficiency
  • Understanding of IT Security and compliance: Basic knowledge of security best practices for Microsoft Office 365, including permissions and data protection, to ensure compliance with organisational standards
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in the Planview PPM platform
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of Office 365 accounts, licenses, and permissions, ensuring optimal configuration and functionality
  • Respond to and resolve internal support desk issues related to Office 365 access, setup, and troubleshooting
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, email configuration, and access permissions
  • Analyse and refine our use of Office 365 tools to improve efficiency and streamline internal processes
  • Gain knowledge of our Planview PPM platform, with the goal of providing client support in the future
  • Maintain accurate records of administrative processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Generate regular reports on Office 365 usage and license allocation
  • Provide other administrative tasks as required to support the team and improve operational effectiveness
