Requirements

  • Have 3+ years experience in a Mid Market SaaS sales position
  • Proven ability to exceed seven-figure annual sales quotas, with experience selling six-figure SaaS deals in 6+ month sales cycles
  • Strong background in selling to finance, legal, or procurement teams, preferably in a startup or high-growth tech environment
  • Technical aptitude and experience working alongside Sales Engineers
  • Ability to build relationships and navigate complex enterprise structures, often with distributed teams
  • Passionate, creative, and competitive
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven to win
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing and sales development teams to identify new opportunities and ensure a strong pipeline to exceed quotas
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Navigate complex sales environments to position Brightflag’s unique value proposition and close six-figure SaaS deals
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and other teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure smooth deal execution
  • Engage with enterprise prospects to identify business process gaps and demonstrate how Brightflag solves them
  • Participate in quarterly team summits, industry conferences, and client meetings
