Mid-Market Account Executive

Summary

Join Hightouch's rapidly growing team as a Mid-Market Account Executive! This role requires 2+ years of corporate or mid-market sales experience and a proven track record of success. You will work with a wide range of companies on strategic, complex deals, selling to various personas, industries, and use cases. The salary is $200,000 OTE (50/50 split) per year, location-independent, plus meaningful equity compensation with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a full cycle sales role
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition and humility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to an ever changing work environment
• Thorough understanding of the technology industry and its players

Benefits
