Summary

The Account Executive at PEX is responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging with prospects to create pipeline and close new business across the PEX product suite. The role requires 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably in SaaS or Fintech), comfort in making cold calls to highly targeted prospects, and proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workplace, ZoomInfo, or other sales-related platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably in Saas or Fintech)
  • Comfortable in making cold calls to highly targeted prospects
  • Source and close leads that fit PEX ICP and align with company OKRs
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Google Workplace, ZoomInfo, or other sales-related platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate well across teams

Responsibilities

  • Through a volume of outbound activity, you will source new leads in targeted verticals to create pipeline and close new business logos across the PEX product suite
  • Autonomously refine messaging, pitch, value proposition, and positioning
  • From sourcing to close, you will own and manage the end to end full quota driven sales cycle
  • Using independent discretion, evaluate, analyze and determine the best product solution
  • Work with sales and marketing leadership to improve messaging, pitch, value prop and positioning to optimize conversions and drive new business acquisition
  • Deliver engaging product demos for prospects who fit our target audience
  • Serving as the subject matter expert to customers, you will help solve business problems and guide clients to improve workflow challenges
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders to shape GTM strategy and execution
