Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience designing responsive websites and/or apps
• Proficiency creating user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
• Good English skills (B2 or above preferably)

Responsibilities

• Owns the planning of simple and complex research activities
• Leads teams in charge of executing research tasks
• Analyzes the outcomes generated by the research
• Designs and implement overall product strategy
• Informs and shares design process insights with stakeholders and team partners
• Supports and provides direction to other team members in terms of processes execution and deliverables production
