• In-depth knowledge of AI markets, customer support automation, and business analytics
• Exceptional writing skills with experience producing various types of content, from technical articles to marketing materials
• Basic understanding of SEO principles to create content that ranks well in search engines
• Ability to quickly learn about new products and start producing valuable content right away
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both technical and marketing teams
