Summary

You will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions, conducting UX research, collaborating on design systems, and translating user needs into effective designs. The ideal candidate possesses 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, proficiency in design tools (Figma, FigJam, etc.), and experience with design systems and UX research. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a UI/UX or Product Design role
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar
  • Experience working with or contributing to design systems
  • Hands-on involvement in UX research and usability testing
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and human-centered design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) – comfortable communicating with international teams

Responsibilities

  • Design user-centered solutions from concept to delivery (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows)
  • Conduct and analyze UX research (user feedback, usability tests, surveys, AB testing)
  • Collaborate in the development and maintenance of scalable design systems
  • Translate user needs and business goals into effective design outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with developers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and testing results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS products
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS)
  • Familiarity with analytics or testing tools (Hotjar, UserTesting, Maze, Google Analytics)
  • Comfortable working in agile teams and participating in design critiques
