You will contribute directly to company growth by leveraging your sales experience in selling healthcare solutions to midsize accounts. The position involves building relationships, driving results, and continuously growing your skills and our market penetration. You will collaborate closely with various departments to achieve exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the company's success.

Requirements

  • Be a master at building rapport and developing genuine relationships through various communication channels
  • Have at least three years of experience selling midsize deals into the healthcare space, navigating complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Know how to create a sense of urgency with prospects while maintaining rapport and keeping their best interests in mind
  • Have a background in HR tech, selling background screening services, payroll, or HR-related solutions and services
  • Live and breathe sales process – from account planning to deal strategy to CRM hygiene
  • Know how to navigate a complex sales engagement and the importance of thorough discovery and team selling
  • Utilize your sales process to forecast with precision and hit key metrics and targets throughout the sales funnel
  • Set goals for yourself and consistently deliver results
  • Be available for prospects and customers, responding promptly and providing thorough service
  • Keep up on technology and industry trends
  • Know that sales is a team sport and build internal relationships to ensure client satisfaction
  • Thrive in a cross-functional team environment and embody the core value of β€œwork as one.”

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects through various channels (phone, in-person, social media, email), filling your pipeline with qualified sales opportunities
  • Work with talent, HR, operations, and procurement executives, consulting on their talent acquisition and background screening needs
  • Build relationships, add value, and drive results through a consultative approach
  • Conduct formal sales presentations, educate customers on product and industry advancements, and manage strategic relationships
  • Travel approximately 25% - 50% of the time for prospect meetings and presentations
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Grow your pipeline with new healthcare opportunities
  • Continuously improve your skills through learning from teammates, customers, and managers
  • Develop and improve how we target and penetrate healthcare subvertical markets
  • Embrace teamwork by building relationships and collaborating with different departments
  • Partner closely with sales leaders to develop and drive healthcare strategy
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with the solutions team to prepare customer demonstrations
  • Engage with partners and the partnership team
  • Work with product management to leverage new product updates and capabilities
