Summary
Join Pleo as a Mid Market Account Executive and revolutionize spend management! You will own the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and drive new business growth. This role offers the flexibility of being based in our Berlin office or fully remote within Germany, with occasional travel. You'll be selling our SaaS-based spend management solution, helping businesses gain complete control over their spending. We are looking for a proactive, well-networked individual with proven SaaS sales experience and excellent communication skills. Requirements

- Proven sales experience in SaaS - as an Account Executive with experience in closing and negotiating
- Excellent communication & presentation skills - confidence in running high-impact product demos and negotiations
- Fluency in German π©πͺ & English (our company language)
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting (in collaboration with SDRs) to qualification, product demos, and closing deals
- Build strong, lasting relationships - both with new prospects and existing customers, ensuring long-term account growth
- Drive new business and expansion - meeting revenue targets through a mix of new logo acquisition and upselling to existing accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor - helping clients simplify and streamline their spend management processes
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, retention, and adoption of new features
