You will be a key member of the sales team, driving an effective sales process to meet and exceed quarterly goals. The ideal candidate is a bold, high-performing salesperson with experience in SaaS sales, specifically selling 6-figure deals in complex enterprise sales. Fluency in German is required, and experience in the HR tech landscape is a plus. Requirements
- Fluent in German
- SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling 6-figure deals
- A track record of hitting and exceeding quota within complex enterprise sales
- Experience with strategic prospecting
Responsibilities
- Be an impactful player on a high-performing Mid-Market sales team
- Drive an effective sales process to hit (and exceed!) your quarterly goals
- Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives
