Join Greenhouse as a Mid-Market II Account Executive and be a key player in our sales team, driving new business growth. You will focus on selling to prospects, managing qualified leads, and utilizing your prospecting skills to build your pipeline. Success in this role requires SaaS sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding quotas in complex enterprise sales, and experience with strategic prospecting. While experience in HR tech and proficiency with Salesforce are a plus, Greenhouse values unique talents and encourages applications even if you don't meet all qualifications. Requirements
- SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling 6-figure deals
- A track record of hitting and exceeding quota within complex enterprise sales
- Experience with strategic prospecting

- Drive an effective sales process to hit (and exceed!) your quarterly goals
- Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives
