Summary

Join our team as a driven and personable Migration Specialist! This sales-focused role involves introducing prospective clients to our pet services software, leading product demos, and ensuring smooth onboarding. You will proactively engage in outreach, conduct compelling product demonstrations, and guide new clients through post-sale training. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is key, and there's potential to evolve into broader client relationships or success functions. The role requires strong sales experience in a tech environment and excellent communication skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a tech-based environment; customer success experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills – Able to assess situations, make informed decisions, and adapt to challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams to ensure positive outcomes
  • Self-sufficiency and attention to detail – Able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently with a high level of accuracy
  • Goal-oriented and resilient – Driven to meet sales targets, comfortable handling objections, and persistent in following up with leads
  • Empathy and client-focus – Understands client needs and creates a supportive onboarding and adoption experience
  • Coachable and curious – Open to feedback and eager to grow skills and product knowledge
  • Technical proficiency – Quick to learn and navigate modern software tools

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage in outreach efforts to promote our software to prospective clients
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that highlight our software’s features, benefits, and value
  • Guide new clients through post-sale onboarding and training to ensure a smooth and confident start
  • Promote adoption of our integrated payment processing solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for up to 6 months post-launch to support long-term success, retention, and satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support client goals and identify opportunities for deeper product adoption or account expansion
