Mobile Game Artist Animator

Summary

YallaPlay is seeking an experienced Unity 3D Animator to create beautiful assets and animations for their upcoming mobile shooter game. The position can be remote or on-site in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate has worked on at least 2 shipped mobile gaming titles, has a deep understanding of animation principles, is proficient in Unity, and has experience animating third-person ranged combat and humanoids/creatures.

Requirements

• Worked on at least 2 shipped mobile gaming titles (please include references)
• Passion and enthusiasm for Animation and Mobile Gaming
• A thorough understanding of animation pipelines and the processes involved from the conceptual phase to implementation
• Relevant experience as a 3D animator in mobile gaming
• Expert understanding of animating with extensive knowledge in Unity
• Experience animating third-person ranged combat
• Exceptional skills animating humanoids and creatures
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal)
• Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude

Responsibilities

• Animate 3D character models, weapons, assets, and cameras for a mobile shooter game
• Bring life to the game through vivid and compelling animations
• Work with a team of developers to ensure the final product reflects the design vision and delivers the intended outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art, Illustration, Computer Graphics preferred
