Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator

Join our team at HealthCorps as a Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator to implement program monitoring and evaluation activities and support evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with HealthCorps teams to align M&E activities with organizational goals and understand program implementation
• Design and implement evaluations to assess program effectiveness and impact on participants
• Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of program and participant data
• Develop evaluation frameworks, define indicators, and select data collection methods
• Improve, maintain, and analyze HealthCorps’ database for programmatic reporting to partners and funders
• Collaborate with management, community organizations, and funders to provide necessary process and outcome results
• Contribute to the development of surveys and methodology to assess HealthCorps’ impact on student and staff behavior, happiness, self-efficacy, and knowledge
• Contribute qualitative and quantitative data and program background information to grant proposal development
• Directly support and technically assist Program Coordinators, Supervisors, Managers, and Directors on the implementation of HealthCorps evaluation and other key studies, as well as how to access and use available data to strengthen program impact
• Provide bi-annual and as-needed professional development training on program evaluation processes and findings
• Collaborate with the management team to utilize evaluation results in program decision-making
• Share evaluation findings in conjunction with other public health data with the public and scientific communities
• Contribute to special research projects, as needed
