Requirements

• You’ll have CeMap and 2 years whole of market experience
• You’ll be busy, constantly and change happens a lot, so you’ll need to be organised, managing multiple cases
• A performance-driven mindset, taking accountability for targets that drive both our business and the industry forward. You will have full access to your performance data to facilitate this
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts in order to meet the evolving needs of our customers

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on whole-of-market mortgage options to our customers
• Take a proactive approach to keeping your customer fully informed throughout the process
• Collaborate with our exceptional team of application and completion managers to support our customers' mortgage applications
• Play a key role in the Mojo product team's continuous innovation of outstanding mortgage advice technology by actively testing new ideas and processes
