Summary
Join Ratehub.ca's BC inside sales team as a Mortgage Agent and convert leads into closed mortgage transactions. This role offers competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, targeting $85k to $150k+. You will manage inbound leads, ensure smooth application processes, and continuously improve customer experience. A valid BC Mortgage Agent license is required, along with 3+ years of mortgage sales experience. The position is remote, with an optional Toronto office. Requirements
- Have a valid BC Mortgage Agent license
- 3+ years of mortgage sales experience
- Be self-motivated with excellent relationship building skills
- Be proficient in using sales tools and software
- Be able to multitask and pay strong attention to detail
- Be analytical: Able to break down complex information for clients
- Be resourceful: Know how to find answers even without having all of them
- Be proactive: Never idle and love being busy
- Have a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Take inbound leads, online, by phone, or in person and convert them to closed mortgage applications, with the support of the Documents Fulfillment Team
- Ensure a smooth mortgage application process for clients, provide insight and thought to continuously improve the customer experience, handling customer complaints, should they arise
Preferred Qualifications
Currently working as a Financial Advisor, Mortgage Underwriter or Mortgage Retention Specialist
