Mortgage Loan Officer

Requirements

• Be a currently producing Mortgage Loan Originator with stable work history
• Close at least 1 residential home loan a month on average
• Be currently licensed with NMLS
• Have an established referral database for sourcing your own purchase leads
• Be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, support, and best-in-class service
• Serve as subject matter expert on the mortgage process and product knowledge
• Analyze local mortgage needs and remain up to date on local real estate market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and the competitive landscape
• Possess a working knowledge of Conventional and Government loan products
• Develop long-term relationships with realtors, homebuilders, and other self-generated purchase-focused referral sources through daily, weekly, and monthly touches
• Originate and close residential home loans
