Requirements

  • Track record of over achieving against quota
  • Experience selling complex software deals to public sector institutions in the Netherlands
  • Understanding of consumption-based land and expand sales models
  • Evidence of creating demand that delivered substantial business value
  • Experience following sales methodologies and process, e.g. account planning, MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Command of the Message and accurate forecasting
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills essential

Responsibilities

  • Assess your account portfolio and develop a strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Build positive relationships with key decision makers and establish yourself as a trusted advisor within your key accounts
  • Identify land opportunities and develop the expand / consumption use cases within your key accounts
  • Orchestrate and utilise internal teams to maximise the impact on your ecosystem
  • Showcase exceptional value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close point
  • Build champions and collaborative teams to support the delivery and execution of your territory plan
  • Experience developing a clear partner strategy and managing it to success
  • Understanding of how to identify important uses cases and buying centres to increase the impact of Databricks within an organisation
