You will optimize and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and other core systems. As a key member of the Business Systems Team, you will configure, customize, and support NetSuite to meet evolving organizational needs, focusing on compliance and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules and functionalities
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into system requirements
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and reporting requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and customization of NetSuite to align with business requirements
• Implement best practices for optimizing system performance and efficiency
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or system issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements
• Manage and enhance integrations between NetSuite and other third-party applications
• Work closely with developers to implement custom scripts or workflows when necessary
• Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures
• Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard sensitive data
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Develop and execute compliance reporting mechanisms to meet regulatory requirements
• Develop and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Collaborate with users to understand reporting requirements and deliver solution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SuiteScript or other scripting languages is a plus
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred
