NetSuite Engineer

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in administering, configuring, and developing within the NetSuite ecosystem, including SuiteScript, workflows, integrations, and customizations
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Experience working in an e-commerce environment, ideally with PIM (Product Information Management) systems
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, relational databases, and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of SuiteScript, with the ability to debug and enhance scripts
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g., Celigo)
• Experience in data import export, analysis, and reporting at large scale

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users across multiple teams, assisting with reports, dashboards, KPIs, and user role management
• Develop and maintain business and technical documentation for NetSuite customizations, workflows, and core business processes
• Customize and optimize NetSuite configurations to align with evolving business needs
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and conduct regular data audits
• Debug, develop, and maintain SuiteScript customizations to enhance NetSuite functionality
• Design, build, and maintain data integrations between NetSuite and external systems (e.g., Ecommerce, Avalara, Celigo, Looker, Google Cloud)
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations through NetSuite enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in NetSuite administration or SuiteFoundation
• Strong analytical mind and enthusiasm for problem-solving
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Looker and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience supporting system integrations in a growing company
