Senior Revenue Analyst

Requirements

• BA or BS in finance/accounting
• 3+ years of revenue accounting experience in SaaS/Technology industry and/or public accounting firm
• A proactive worker with integrity, accountability, excellent interpersonal skills, while also being a team player with an ability and willingness to identify areas to assist the team
• A forward thinker who will see ideas through from beginning to end by providing recommendations, developing solutions, and putting them into practice
• An effective communicator who can explain complex topics with ease, translating concepts across teams to drive alignment, and work seamlessly to implement solutions that achieve shared success
• Proficient in Netsuite, Salesforce, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and consistent application of company’s ASC 606 policy via deal review and analyses for complex contracts as well as deal linkages and modifications
• Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in revenue recognition operations
• Automate current manual processes by utilizing Alteryx, Domo, or other automation tools
• Complete all required month-end close activities including revenue recognition, journal entries, and management reporting
• Support the testing and implementation of Netsuite projects
• Maintain and update internal documentation for revenue policies, procedures, and controls
• Perform regular and special analysis to ensure proper contract processing and reporting
• Work with external auditors to provide support for annual audit

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA
• Alteryx or Domo experience
• Established track record of process improvements and time savings
