Network Automation Engineer

Summary

Join NetBrain's Services Engineering Team as a Network Automation Consultant! You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our no-code automation platform within client accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, from L1 NOC Engineers to Senior Directors, to design automation architecture and lead automation development efforts. Leverage your excellent communication skills to provide training and guidance. Evaluate client requirements, propose solutions, and accelerate automation objectives. Work with sales, customer success, and technical support teams. This role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience and strong networking knowledge.

Requirements

• Have a degree in a technical subject (STEM) or equivalent work experience preferably in a partner/post-sales services or consultant role
• Have experience collaborating with internal or external clients to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Be knowledgeable of and experienced with networking fundamentals
• Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with little supervision and guidance
• Possess strong oral, written, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution of how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs
• Partner with customers in the identification of high impact automation targets for their Network Operations through analysis of ITSM data
• Analyze customer’s deployed network technologies, existing playbooks and design documents to create automation solutions
• Train and develop customer engineers with automation knowledge to continue to automate on the NetBrain platform
• Architect and implement automation solutions for customer’s problem resolution
