NPI Project Manager

Summary

Join Ivanti and lead a New Product Introduction effort for next-generation security products. Collaborate with OEM vendors and internal teams to manage product security, sustainability, and profitability. Improve B2B interface processes and analyze product performance. Ensure business continuity and fulfillment. This role requires 10+ years of experience in enterprise hardware product engineering, specifically in new product introduction and sustainability. Strong skills in deployment planning, BOM management, process documentation, and KPI improvement are essential. A bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required.

Requirements

• 10 years proven experience in enterprise hardware product engineering specifically related to new product introduction and sustainability
• Strong skills in developing and executing deployment plans leveraging experience in BOM management, process documentation, and KPI improvement measures
• Experience in peripheral qualification and testing processes for ongoing product sustainability
• Experience interfacing with product engineering and OEM vendor management in a collaborative way to ensure product roadmap milestones are met
• Ability to thrive in a remote based, global company building profitable and collaborative partnerships across multiple departments
• Experience with global manufacturing copy exact principles
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering discipline

Responsibilities

• Cross-functionally lead a New Product Introduction effort in our Hardware Operations space to launch our next generation security products
• Collaborate with our OEM manufacturing vendors and Ivanti engineering team to manage product security, sustainability and profitability
• Collaborate with our Ivanti IT organization on B2B interface projects to improve operability of process
• Analyze product performance to improve sustainable quality measures
• Work with Hardware Operations Team support business continuity and fulfilment
