As a Truehold Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing honest and helpful experiences. Your responsibilities include making numerous daily phone calls, understanding individual seller motivations, managing leads in Salesforce, meeting performance goals, and collaborating with various teams. This role requires strong customer-facing sales experience, proficiency with CRM systems, and the ability to work a specific schedule. Requirements
- Ability to work a schedule of Monday-Friday from 11am-8pm EST, plus two weekend days a month
- Some holidays are also required
- Ability to adapt through changing needs
- Experience in customer-facing, relationship-building sales
- Proficiency with CRM and other technology tools
Responsibilities
- Making 100-150 dials (phone calls) per day
- Discovering each individual sellerβs motivation and educating them on how Truehold can meet their needs
- Managing and scoring a large lead volume in Salesforce CRM
- Meeting or exceeding expected benchmarks, including daily and monthly goals and metrics
- Partnering with teams across the business, including Marketing and Real Estate
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in phone sales, Senior Housing, and/or Real Estate is a plus
