Occupation Health Specialist I

The Occupational Health Services Specialist I oversees drug and occupational health screening, ensuring accurate and timely operations within AssureHire's pre/post-employment screening process. The Specialist II serves as a senior subject matter expert, resolving client queries, monitoring system performance, and managing escalated concerns. This role involves supporting clients through various communication channels and assisting with account retention and client education. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Confirm and expire drug tests based on vendor confirmation
• Check status on occupational health services completed 48-72 hours prior
• Adhere to and assist in creating and maintaining client specifics
• Contact vendors for additional information on testing requests
• Work with applicants in remote locations to find collection sites in their area, manually registering them for testing when necessary
• Manually registering applicants using the zip code associated with their current address when not registered within 24 hours of an invite being sent
• Compose and send occupational health test registration information to applicants
• Provide timely resolution to inbound OHS operations caseload requests from clients and internal stakeholders
